Establish what equipment you have.

WELLENGI helps equipment owners identify, inspect and document oilfield assets when internal records, resources or priorities do not allow the work to be completed in-house.

Depending on the equipment and required level of assurance, the work may be performed by our team or with specialized inspection companies and technical consultancies.

02The requirement

An asset is difficult to manage or sell when its details are unclear.

Equipment records do not always reflect what is physically available in a warehouse or yard. Descriptions may be incomplete, specifications may be missing, and the actual configuration or observed condition may be unclear.

Verification may be needed for:

Internal asset records
Inventory reconciliation
Sales preparation
Buyer review
Technical evaluation
Preparation for a specialist inspection
03Typical scope

The scope depends on what you need to confirm.

Physical identification
Manufacturer and model verification
Serial number and nameplate review
Configuration and specification checks
Quantity and location confirmation
Visual condition assessment
Review of available certificates and records
Identification of missing information
Equipment and detail photography
Coordination of specialist inspection where required

The resulting description can be used to improve the owner's asset records, support an internal technical review or present the equipment more clearly to prospective buyers.

The inspection scope and level of verification are agreed for each assignment. Visual identification and documentation review do not constitute certification or confirmation of fitness for service unless specifically included in the scope.
